I received this email from a satisfies BT customer and though you might like to see it posted here - thanks to Aldous2K for the feedback.
As many may have told you before "nothing good or worthwhile in this life is free" and as far as british free ISP`s are concerned this is a rule, I was very disheartened to learn that X-Stream have now entered the limbo of many in this business - being free, but with a catch!
Have you seen the T.V. adverts, yes "Liberty Surf" have advertisements on telly; this IS a mistake - everyone and his granny will be down Comet to put down their cash for that CD only to find that they`ll never get online with that FREE 0800 number, servers and lines will be forever engaged and all because the people behind X-Stream/LibertySurf are getting real greedy in this market...
My tip: Try BT internet, only £10 per month and a gauranteed connection! No complaints here!
