Dear Libertysurf...
I am really enjoying this product. I sit in front of my computer and wait and wait, night after night for the past two weeks, but the lines to your off-peak service are always engaged. The suspense of waiting really gives me a thrill, and the thought of the £20 I paid for off peak service that doesn't work, is really exhilarating.
Yes I was one of the first to buy a Libertysurf CD, and by the look of it one of the last to get service.
As I have just phoned your Enquiries line and been told to bear with it for another couple of weeks, I can't see for the life of me what I am getting, by you extending my service for another month as I have already been trying to connect for over 2 weeks.
I even have the pleasure of having to use another ISP, to enable me to view the non-existent service status on your Web Site and to connect to your erratic mail server.
To say that I am rather concerned about recommending your excellent service to any of my friends would be an under statement.
So well done Libertysurf.
Is there anything else you would like from me, you have my money you have my praise?
